Goal: gain muscle mass post-illness " Having been ill for a number of months my weight dropped to just 57Kg (9st). My doctor was keen that I put the weight back on, aiming for a 10kg increase taking me back within a healthy BMI. I was keen to put this weight back on as muscle and that's why I got futureproof fitness on board. Making a significant change to your body takes a lot of motivation, knowledge and energy; I had some of each but having a personal trainer makes a difference you just can't make by yourself.
