INDOOR TRAINING ALSO AVAILABLE. If the weather is an issue you can always switch an outdoor personal training session to be either at your home, office or private studio. We prefer the outdoors, but sometimes in driving rain and snow we prefer to be inside too!

Natural training. Outdoor personal training is so varied, with your park personal trainer incorporating as much of the natural landscape into your workout routine as possible.
From press-ups against a tree to ankle-flicks up a hill, from tricep dips on a bench to plyometric (jumping) exercises on soft grass for lower impact. We serve all of London's major parks and open spaces with our London park personal training: Hyde Park, Regent's Park, Hampstead Heath, Kensington Gardens, St James Park, Green Park, Victoria Park, Primrose Hill to smaller local parks: London Fields, Haggerston Park, Shoreditch Park, Clissold Park, Finsbury Park, Hackney Downs.
