We're pleased to welcome Lloyd Edwards or 'Coach Ed', The Sun newspaper's fitness expert, to our team. Bursting with enthusiasm, knowledge and passion for fitness, Lloyd is a fully qualified personal trainer in Hackney, Clapton, Dalston and serves other areas of East London and The City too.
With clients ranging from those entirely new to fitness to dedicated sportsmen and women alike, Lloyd is a highly versatile personal trainer able to adapt his training methods for his diverse client-base. Iain is an experienced and sought after personal trainer. With clients ranging from well known entertainers to business people and working mums, Iain is dedicated to guiding you through your journey, whether it be weight loss, toning or training for a special occasion.
Iain's interest in health and fitness began when he was given a contract at a professional football club in his late teens. Since then he has developed his knowledge through a variety of sources, including a year spent living in New Zealand. Iain specialises in weight loss, toning, strength and sports specific training.
