The expression of power, speed and agility allows an individual amongst other things to sprint, jump, lift, throw, hit objects quickly and complete rapid changes of direction. So, whether it’s enhancing your game-play at golf or simply making life easier when running for a bus or more fun by playing ball with your grandson, everyone can benefit from this type of training.

 

We’ll include a variety of activities in your programme, from jumping and throwing objects to fast and agile sprints and turns using cones and markers. We’ll show you how speed, power and agility training can be fun and exciting. Please note that due to the nature of the physical forces and impacts involved in this method of training, not everyone is suitable for this type of training, please consult your trainer for further information.
