Using techniques taught by rising world boxing star David Haye (www.hayemaker.com), your trainer will take you through the fundamental boxing moves relevant to fitness (rather than the knockout punch techniques useful ringside). Pad-work is great fun and offers a real stress-busting, energy-buzzing workout by challenging you to master various techniques of total body co-ordinations (predominantly feet, legs, hands, arms and hips) whilst punching the protected pads of your trainer. All techniques require differing levels of skill so are suitable for complete newcomers and those familiar with pad-work.
