An informal chat allowing you to meet your prospective personal trainer face-to-face and make sure you feel we're right for you. Prior to this, we’ll ask you to complete a short health and lifestyle questionnaire ( click to download a copy) which we’ll go through and discuss your needs and concerns. If you like what you hear, either sign-up for one of our great value packages or take what you need separately, see individual prices.

 

Step 2

 

Your second meeting:

Assess your current health, fitness, lifestyle and diet through your Wellness Analysis. You’ll be taken through your choice of assessments and we’ll let you know your analysis results and their meaning every step of the way. For further information click on Wellness Analysis on the main page.

 

Step 3

 

Your programme commences:

Incorporating whatever you need to achieve your goals, wellness analysis and advice, personal training and/or sports massage. We’ll come to you wherever and whenever is most convenient, bringing with us all the equipment you’ll need for a fun, varied and challenging workout. From fitballs, boxing pads and resistance bands to medicine balls, handweights and stability discs, you’ll be surprised what we can fit in our bags!
